All items are sold as is, where is. It is your job as a bidder to view items or ask questions before bidding. No warranties are given by Sims Family Auctions, INC. Any condition report or description is opinion only, but we will give the most accurate descriptions possible and will answer questions before sale becomes final. It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to assess the quality of an item before bidding. The auctioneer determines the highest bidder, and that bidder is responsible for payment of their item. Items are not to be removed before payment is made. When bidding on any item that has a title, neither item nor title will leave the auction location until money is in auctioneers possession. If you pay with cash, you are free to take your item(s). Wire transfer is the next preferred transaction method. NO credit or debit card purchases when buying an item with a title. Checks will also be accepted, but items may not leave until money has made it to the auctioneers account. Sims Family Auctions, INC. will accept cash, cards, or checks. Cards are subject to a 4% convenience fee. Read all auction information before bidding. Auction dates, preview dates, and pickup information will all be listed. Bring help to load your items.
