By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Online Auction: An online auction is an auction that takes place online only, on one or more bidding platforms.
Registration: All bidders must register before participating in the auction. Registration can be completed online via the Auctioneer’s website or Auctionsoft.com. Bidders must provide accurate personal information. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any registration at his discretion.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, cash, or check. A 5% card fee applies to all credit card payments. When registering to bid, you will have to put a credit card on file. We will only charge the card on file if you ask us to, or if you do not show up to collect your items. Failure to pick up your items may result in being banned from future auctions. If this is your first time registering on our site, your card will be charged $1, and then that $1 will be credited to your purchase.
Titles: When bidding on any item that has a title, neither item nor title will leave the auction location until money is in auctioneers possession. If you pay with cash, you are free to take your item(s). Wire transfer is the next preferred transaction method. Checks will also be accepted, but items may not leave until money has made it to the auctioneers account.
NO credit or debit card purchases when buying an item with a title.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price on all lots.
Bidding: In order to bid, you must register and place a credit card on file. You can then place the next bid based on the set bid increments OR you may place a higher “max bid”. If you place a max bid, the computer will bid for you if another bidder places a bid. For example, if you want to place a max bid of $100 on an item that currently has a max bid of $20, you will be the current winning bidder at $25. If another person places a $30, the computer will accept a bid from you at $35. This will continue until your competitor stops bidding, or until your max bid is no longer the highest bid.
Soft Close: A soft close means that the auction does not just end at the set time. It will end one lot at a time. If a person bids as an item is closing, that item's close time will be extended, allowing others the chance to bid on it again. This allows all bidders a chance to have their top bid recognized.
Pickup Information: Items must be picked up on the designated date(s) and times. Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient assistance for loading larger items. Specific pickup dates will be provided in the auction information. Failure to pick up items within the designated timeframe will result in your credit card being charged for the purchase. Your abandoned items will accrue a $10/day fee, and are subject to being sold at any of our future auctions.
Proof of Funds: Depending on the price of an item, the auctioneer may require proof of funds before the item is released. For high-ticket items, we may require checks to clear before releasing the item.
Reserve: All auctions are assumed to be with reserve, unless otherwise stated. The reserve price may or may not be disclosed at the time of auction.
Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is," with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding their condition, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ask questions or inspect items before placing a bid. The Auctioneer provides descriptions of the items for informational purposes only. We do our best to give accurate descriptions, accurate pictures, and to give any known information related to item defects. Please attend any live previews to inspect items.

Firearms and Ammunition:

Long Guns and Long Gun Ammunition: Buyers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or long gun ammunition.
Handguns, Pistol Grip Shotguns, and Handgun Ammunition: Buyers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, pistol grip shotguns, or handgun ammunition.
FFL Transfers: We can facilitate the transfer of firearms to an FFL licensee across state lines for a fee of $25 per firearm, plus shipping costs.

Additional Terms: By bidding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all auction terms and conditions.
